Exchange or Return Period:


The deadline for exchange or return is 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the warranty applies, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It typically takes a few days for the bank to process your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you wish to request an exchange for a product that is under warranty, send an email to sunofertas1@gmail.com explaining the reason and we will get back to you with instructions and the address for shipping the item(s).

Shipping costs:

Sunofertas.com only covers shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange due to a defective product. If the reason is a change of heart, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and the shipping costs for the new item.

Deadlines:

After receiving the returned item(s), we have up to 5 (five) business days to resolve the issue. The timeframe for receiving the new item will vary depending on each case and the customer's location.
The refund time depends on the payment method used. If the payment was made by credit card, it can take up to two invoices to process. This process is the responsibility of the card issuer.
Attention:

If you're shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item. Without receiving the item, we can't process an exchange or refund.
